WordCamp Europe is the biggest WordCamp in Europe, connecting people across the continent as well as the rest of the world. After Leiden, Sofia, Seville, Vienna, and Paris – Belgrade will host the annual European WordCamp from June 14-16, 2018.

At WordCamp Europe 2016 in Vienna, the conference introduced childcare services, which were continued during WordCamp Europe in Paris and will be offered again in this year’s WordCamp Europe in Belgrade.

By constantly refining and improving, WordCamp Europe positions itself as a welcoming experience for all attendees. While parents can enjoy the conference, children can have the fun they deserve within the safe, dedicated childcare areas and monitored by childcare professionals.

You can register your child using the following link: https://2018.europe.wordcamp.org/childcare-registration/

  • Of course, kids are welcome at the conference too. They don’t need a separate ticket if they are younger than 13 years old – unless you want them to have a printed badge and swag.

The child carers are qualified professionals from the preschool institution, Čukarica, which is a preschool situated in Belgrade, Serbia that consists of 21 kindergartens and has a 72 year long established tradition, starting from 1949.

The institution has taken part in a number of national projects such as “Kindergarten without borders” and has built partnerships with organizations such as UNICEF, Belgian Red Cross, SDC, CIP (Centre for Interactive Pedagogy) and Teacher Education Faculty.

The focus of the work of the institution is to encourage the holistic development and wellbeing of children and their families, but from 15-16 June 2018, their focus will be to give your children an amazing experience at the WCEU 2018.
