After having involved the community to better meet their interests, the organising team of WCEU 2018 has worked to include more in-depth development topics. Other topics will be Gutenberg, design, accessibility, content, open source and personal growth.

WCEU 2018 will open the doors for registration on Friday 15 June at 8am. Following the opening remarks at 9.30am, the main content from the conference will kick off, covering a wide range of presentations, as well as workshops, for a total of 32 talks.

At 2pm on Friday, Matt Mullenweg will take the stage to share his insights and passion for the WordPress project. Here’s the full schedule.

Amongst the innovations of WCEU 2018 is the introduction of workshops. There will be a mix of in-depth workshops, which are tailored for a more hands-on learning approach. In total, the schedule includes 19 workshops; 8 in-depth three-hour workshops, 8 ninety-minute workshops, and 3 one-hour workshops. Hot-item workshop topics will be: Gutenberg, Accessibility and GDPR.

There are limited spaces for workshops and you must be registered to be able to attend. Registration for workshops is open until the 30th of April.

There will also be time for open networking on day one of #WCEU, to give you time to connect with new people and deepen existing relationships with other members of the WordPress community.
