Before each session, you make sure the doors are open and you welcome people in. At the end of each session, you do the same so that everyone can easily leave the room. During the sessions, it’s your job to open and close the doors for people entering/leaving, also make sure people do that in a quiet manner.

Physical load
Standing while people enter or exit. Sitting during sessions unless people try to enter or exit.
Responsible for
The Door guard is responsible for the smooth entering and exiting the rooms. Also during sessions, you are responsible for people leaving and/or entering the room in a quiet manner. During the Q&A’s you help run the microphones in the back end of the room.
