As Happiness bar manager you coordinate and manage the Happiness bar activities. You make sure that visitors feel welcome to ask questions and that the Happiness bar volunteers are ready to answer as many questions as they can. Helping out the Happiness bar volunteers by answering questions is also part of the job.
