You will be leading a team of speaker wranglers and work closely with the Content team and keep them updated. If one of the speakers doesn’t show up, you will inform the Content team immediately and they will arrange a backup speaker.
Make sure that the speaker wrangler teams are complete thirty minutes before the start of their shifts, introduce them to each other and tell them what to do.
Your physical presence in one of the rooms during your shift is not necessary but you should be able to change rooms quickly to solve a problem.

A tight communication with speaker wranglers and the Content team, to which you are reporting to, is necessary.

Leading the team of speaker wranglers, participating on the smooth running of the talks, connector between the speaker wranglers and the Content team.
