You will be responsible for the distribution of free swag. Handing out will be done by a team of volunteers and you have to make sure that the volunteers are present and know what to do.
As a Swag station lead, you need to be present during rush hours and the shift change. You will also be setting up the swag table and making sure it’s in good order. Making sure T-shirts boxes are inspected and arranged if needed.
Also, there needs to be a system to hand out shirts and check on a list who has received their swag, so you need to create some order for the lists that will be used.
